An extensive renovation in the Chelsea area of New
York.
The project's brief was to achieve a modern
design that would endure time and passing fashion.
A double-height
living room is
opening to the street via a tall window (20 feet/6 metres). A bridge
connects the dining room to an individual platform at mid-height,
from where one is able to open a French door above the street.
The stucco façade alludes to the Italian member of the resident
family.
Area: 5,500 square feet /
511 square meters.
